Terms and Conditions for provision of Digihouse's photography and floor plan services can be found below. To discuss these terms and conditions of service please contact our office on 01488 670222.

This is a legal agreement between Digihouse (a trading name of JW Data Ltd) and all clients of Digihouse. These terms and conditions of business shall apply to all commissions undertaken by Digihouse, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing. Digihouse reserves the right to amend this agreement from time to time and new versions of this agreement will be posted on the Digihouse website www.digihouse.net.

Digihouse operate on a fair play policy. We will do our utmost to ensure that your clients are totally satisfied with all parts of our service, however photography is objective – what one person loves another may not, so we try very hard to make sure that everyone at least LIKES our photos! In the event of a concern or complaint about photography, please call us to discuss the matter, as very often the photos are fine but your client has a different idea of what they want, or what we can achieve.

Cancellation Policy: We hope that you will understand that a cancellation policy is essential to allow re-scheduling of staff and to maximize staff utilisation on a daily basis. A cancellation fee may be charged, at our discretion, if any job (photographs and/or floor plans) is cancelled within 3 hours of the confirmed appointment time. The cancellation fee is £60 + VAT.

Turnaround times: All photos and floor plans are checked independently following completion of CAD drawing services and all floor plans are quality checked before delivery against the original drawings. Target turnaround is to return photographs and floor plans by 6pm the day after each job has been completed. The client will be notified by email when quality checked photographs and floor plans are available for viewing and download. In the case of an error or a change request, any amendments will be dealt with as a matter of priority, but same day overall turnaround may not in this case be achievable.

Digihouse fees are subject to change from time to time. Our fees are payable immediately on supply of an invoice following completion of a job. Digihouse reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 10% per calendar month for any amounts outstanding beyond 30 days. All invoices are subject to VAT where applicable. If, despite reminders you have still not paid any amount outstanding after 90 days, then we reserve the right to add additional charges to the invoice to cover the costs of debt collection. These charges are based on an hourly rate of £150 per hour for any Director who chases the debt and £50 per hour for any junior staff.
